What happens when I refer myself/someone for 1:1 Peer Support?
Our mission is to support the people of Rotherham.
That means YOU.
We have a number of different peer support groups for you to explore.
We also offer one-to-one support where it is required.
We’re here to listen and understand what you’re going through … and to help you move forwards.

The Support on Offer
We have a mix of one-to-one support and peer groups.Whatever you are currently experiencing, we can support you.Just click on any of the areas below to find out what is available.
Anxiety and Low Mood
When anxiety, worry, stress, or low mood hits, it can be overwhelming. But, we promise you, it doesn't have to feel like that. There is a way forward. Let us support you.
Depression
Depression is real. It can affect your ability to carry out the most basic functions in life. Often it feels like nothing will ever change. But you are on this website, and that is the first step forward.
Loneliness and Isolation
Feeling lonely or isolated is horrid. Human connection, community, and friendship is a basic requirement for anyone to be happy. Choosing to join one of our groups can offer you all of that, and more.
Men’s Mental Health Struggles
A space for men to talk openly about the pressures they face, share experiences, and support each other in a respectful and relaxed environment.
Women’s Wellbeing and Life Challenges
Relationship issues, physical and mental health, menopause, family situations, work and more, all have an impact on a woman’s wellbeing. It’s so easy to lose yourself. Let us help you be you again.
Recovery and Personal Development
The phrase ‘rebuilding your life’ sounds exciting, but it can be difficult to know where to start. If you’ve had serious knocks, our support can help with regaining your confidence, and finding your purpose.
