My name is Jess, and I’m proud to be joining RAW People as a Peer Support Worker! Some of you may recognize me from the past few months when I was volunteering, it’s been a pleasure getting to know many of you, and I’m excited to meet even more friendly faces in the future. I’ve lived through my own mental health challenges, and those experiences have given me a deep passion for supporting others who are walking similar paths. Recovery isn’t always easy, but I’ve come a long way, and I’m here to share hope, listen without judgment, and stand beside others as they navigate their own journeys. When I’m not working, I’m usually immersed in a book, gaming (both video and board games), crocheting, making jewelry, baking up something sweet, or enjoying the outdoors with my adorable puppy, Obi. I also love a good movie night! Looking forward to connecting with you all.
