“I am not the only one”

Men’s Mental Health Group has helped me with understanding that I am not the only one with fears, anxiety, depression. Feeling like I am not alone and sharing my experiences with others has helped me with confidence building and helped me in my daily interactions work and society. Although I have missed a few sessions it was good to know that I could come back, and the service was still available and share how my life has prospered and how it has encouraged others who I have not seen for a while. All in all, it is a safe confidential environment for me to gather and talk over a cup of tea and share experiences and ideas.
