How Your Referral Moves Through Our System

We handle each referral with care. Your information helps us connect people to the right support at the right time.

Step 1

Referral received - This can be the individual themselves or a referrer.

Step 2

First contact attempt within 24 working hours to book in initial meeting with a Peer Supporter and share information on our group sessions that are also available.

Step 3

Initial Meeting with Peer Supporters to explain more about Peer Support, how we can help and what is important to you! (appointment availability within 4 weeks)

Step 4

1:1 Peer Support sessions will start with your Peer Supporter - Continued support.
