These sessions bring people together in a welcoming, peer support environment where you can enjoy a light quiz, a hot drink, and good company.

The sessions are designed to offer a friendly space to connect with others, keep your mind active, and feel supported in a calm and informal setting.

Whether you come for the quiz, the conversation, or just a change of scenery, everyone is welcome.

Is this event free?

Yes. We run this events without charge. All you need to do is sign up.
