Connecting 18–30s is a supportive group designed to bring young adults together in a safe and welcoming environment. The sessions provide a judgement-free space where individuals can share experiences, build connections, and feel heard.

This group encourages open conversation, peer support, and the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with others in a similar stage of life.

Yes. We run this events without charge. All you need to do is sign up.
